VCE, Private Clouds And The Agenda For Change

As some of you know, I'm over in Rome for a few days of meetings, to be followed by a week of overdue vacation time. Last year, over 1,400 IT professionals shared their opinions, which resulted in a fascinating composite view of shared challenges and priorities across the globe.
